www.shoppdg.ch is the property of the Patrouille des Glaciers. It is managed by FIT SA on behalf of the PDG.

Price

The prices of the listed products are indicated in CHF, £, $ or Euros. The transactions are carried out only in CHF.

Payment

We use the secure payment system of Saferpay for Visa and Mastercard, and the Postfinance system for Postcard and Postfinance.

Cancellation of order

Orders that have been confirmed and validated for payment cannot be cancelled. However, the complaints must be carried out with proof sent by e-mail to info@pdgshop.ch within 48 hours following the reception of the parcel. A hotline is available during office hours at the 024 508 10 32.

Value added tax (VAT)

For a delivery in Switzerland, 8% of VAT (value added tax) are added.

Foreign taxes:

Depending on the country in which you are located, it might be possible that a customs tax will be charged (VAT, etc..) in addition to the shipping costs that are billed by our company. We decline all responsibilities in such cases.

Delivery address

Please make sure that the delivery address that you indicate along with the phone number are exact and complete. We cannot be held responsible for possible delays or non-deliveries because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail following your validation. The confirmation provides information on the order reference (number), detailed information on the ordered product(s), price, your address and if necessary the address of the recipient. If you do not receive an order confirmation after 24h, please contact us by e-mail at info@pdgshop.ch.

Security and data protection

The Patrouille des Glaciers and F.I.T. SA only use your datas to complete your order. E-mail addresses and confidential data will be treated in a confidential matter and will not be shared with any third party. When finalizing an order, the confidential data related to the payment procedure is immediately transmitted for final validation with an encrypted code through a secure system to the bank partners and stored on their highly secure servers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

All legal relations between the customer and F.I.T. SA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The jurisdiction is Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland.
